Sarah is a licensed Residential interior designer based in Naples FL. She holds a professional membership in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and is a former director of the Chicago and Dallas ASID Chapters.
Additionally Sarah holds 3 level certifications as a practitioner of Aging In Place (CAPS) though the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). CAPS practitioners assist remodelers and clients in preparing residences for those who wish to live at home as long as possible.
Presented with the coveted “Celebration of Design” Award from ASID for residential design under 5000 SF, 4 ASID Presidential Citations for Outstanding Service and serving on the Chicago and Dallas Board of Directors for multiple years, Sarah brings years of experience, education and source options to her client projects. She is also a former Interior Design adjunct professor on the college level.
Sarah was born in Columbus OH, grew up in her formative years in Birmingham MI, and then graduated from Wheaton College with a BA, in the Chicago area. She also studied at the Chicago Ray-Vogue School of Design and participated in the Masters Program at NIU. In 2010, Sarah made her permanent home in Naples FL. She has been coming to the Sanibel Island-Naples areas to visit with her family since she was a child. Sarah is the proud mother of two adult sons.
