ASID Certified Interior Designer - Sarah Anderson
Sarah Anderson has been practicing residential interior design with clients in the Naples, Bonita, Marco Island, Ft Myers and Sanibel Island areas over the last twelve years. In addition to her Naples clientele, Sarah continues to maintain long standing residential work in Chicago, Dallas and Tampa. Her work has been published in: The Chicago Tribune, Palm Beach Press, D Magazine, Chicago Magazine, Suburban Life, The Daily Herald, Gulf Shore Life & others.
Formerly a three-year Director on the Chicago ASID Board and an earlier post on the Dallas ASID Board, her charitable and educational interests have contributed to opportunities to network with other colleagues and showrooms.
Born in Columbus OH, Sarah grew up in Birmingham MI, attended William Woods College in Fulton Missouri as an art major, and graduated with a B.A. in Art & Art Education from Wheaton College in IL.
After receiving her B.A. she continued with design school at Ray-Vogue School of Design in Chicago and worked towards her Masters at Northern IL University.
Sarah has taught on all levels of education and as an adjunct professor of Interior Design at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn IL.
One of Sarah's greatest joys is assisting new residents in designing the home of their dreams.
Throughout her entire life, Sarah has spent her "home away from home" time in the Naples-Ft Myers - Sanibel areas with her family. This is where she feels her heart has always longed to return and live ... "to be close to the natural beauty I revel in: sunshine, shells and that therapeutic, aqua sea".
